Originally from Hong Kong, currently based in London. I’ve spent the past 5 years working with early-stage startups like The – Dots and Stitch Health, conducting UX/UI design, user research, and product management.

I started my career as a content and community intern at The – Dots, managing a community of 1 million users. This experience inspired me to move into product management and user research, as I wanted to better understand and effectively solve the problems within our community.

I then joined Stitch Health as their first hire, initially joining as a UX researcher and helping establish research and product processes. I later became a product designer, teaching myself UX/UI design to contribute across all stages of the product development process.
